2020“魅力中国——外籍人才眼中最具吸引力的中国城市”评选活动正在火热进行当中，根据评选结果将从45个候选城市中产生“外籍人才眼中最具吸引力的中国城市”前十强名单和排行榜。
The vote for 2020 "Amazing China--The Most Attractive Chinese City in the Eyes of Foreign Talents" campaign is fervent in undertaking. 该活动是国内唯一一个完全由外籍人才参与评选的引才引智权威“中国城市榜”，旨在通过外国人才在华工作、生活及相关政策环境等指标，调查我国各主要城市对在华外国专家的吸引力，以外籍人才的视角发掘中国城市魅力。
The theme activity “Amazing China--The Most Attractive Chinese City in the Eyes of Foreign Talents” is the only authoritative "Chinese city list" that is participated in exclusively by foreign talents working and living in China. The aim is to investigate the attractiveness of major cities to foreign experts through the indicators of foreign talents' working, living and relevant policies in China, and to explore the charm of Chinese cities from the perspective of foreign talents.

近年来，宁波积极开展以引进海外工程师为重点的引才引智工作，在全国首创出台鼓励企业引进海外工程师年薪资助政策。2017年，宁波建立全国首家中东欧国家引智工作站。目前全市已引进各类外国人才近4000名，在各行业发挥了较为突出作用。去年，宁波在 2019“魅力中国——外籍人才眼中最具吸引力的中国城市”的评选活动中首次进入获选名单，取得了最具潜力城市的称号。
